How the Compensation Plan Works.  "Bone Chart"

The best part of the whole Bird Dog Program is getting paid!  Referral will be tracked on an annual basis. On January 1st of each year, everyone will start with Zero.  Long-Lewis will pay referral fees every Friday.  In addition to weekly pay, there will also be monthly and annual Bonus Prizes.  WOW, it's like being a part-time salesperson without having to work all the hours.  Actually, you the Bird Dog are an extension of our sales staff.  This allows us to have a lot of people working behind the scenes to create more satisfied customers.  It also enables you to have an extra income without really having to work.  The money we pay you comes from our advertising budget and will  never be added to the price of the car.

So, here's how the "Bone Chart" works.

ANNUAL PRODUCTION (Jan - Dec)

1st Bird..........................$50
2nd Bird............................$75
3rd Bird................................$100
4th Bird....................................$125
5th Bird........................................$150
6th Bird............................................$175
7th Bird................................................$200
Each Additional Bird.................................$200 each

***Just Imagine, only 1 bird per month would pay you $1,875.00.  Not to mention the potential for monthly and yearly "Top Dog" prizes.

Long-Lewis "BIG DOG" CLUB

In our efforts to improve our program and make it easier for you to earn money, we have created an "Elite" status within the ranks of the Bird Dog Club, the "Big Dog" Club.  This program was created to reward those within the Club that maintain a consistent average.  The only thing you must do to be automatically registered in the Big Dog Club is bag 5 birds within the calendar year.

What do you receive for being a Big Dog?

When the next calendar year begins, instead of starting back at 0 birds with the first one paying $50. you will be guarenteed a minimum of $100 for your first and second birds.  As soon as you have reached Big Dog status, you will also receive a Long-Lewis Jacket and Shirt.

*Per Ford Motor Company regulations, referrals purchasing under A/Z or D Plan are limited to a $50 referral fee. X Plan referrals (Friends & Family or X Plan Partner) are not eligible for a referral fee.*
